General Interest Robert Tenent
National Renewable Energy Laboratory

Robert Tenent, from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, has led fenestration research efforts since 2012 and has been engaged with NFRC since 2014. This includes projects developing and validating emerging fenestration technologies such as fenestration durability and early stage technology development of energy and economic modeling. Robert brings experience working with NFRC members on early stage research focusing on performance and durability of emergy fenestration technologies. He offers NFRC a unique perspective on the emerging research and development pipeline in fenestration.

Residential Manufacturer Sue Schreiber
Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork, Co. Inc.

Sue, with Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc, has worked in the window and door industry for a total of 30 years. From the facotry to her current position she has represented her company since 2002. Of those 30 years, she has been invovled with NFRC for 26. She has been an active member of NFRC serving as the Ratings Committee chair and participating on the technical, Research & Technology Committees, the Technical Interpretation Policy Committee, Verfivicaiton Policy Advisory Group, and serveral task and work groups. Having become more involved in the last 5 years, Sue is looking foward to having a positive influence with NFRC.

Primary Glass Manufacturer Steven Marino
Vitro Architectural Glass

Steven Marino, with Vitro Architectural Glass, has been in the glass industry for 34 years and is currently responsible for all published simulation data for Vitro and the on-line simulation tool.  He has been involved with NFRC for 13 years.  He has served on the BOD for other industry organizations including the Glass Association of North America.  His areas of interest and expertise include fenestration industry engineering commercial construction. 

Fenestration Industry Lisa Winckler
Eastman Chemical

Lisa Winckler, with Eastman Chemical Company, has worked in the solar energy control market segment for 35 years. This experience has been mostly related to applied films used in commercial, residential, and automotive applications. She has held positions in areas including quality engineering, quality management, technical marketing and services, project management, research management, product management, and industry affairs.  She is currently the Director of Global Product Management and Industry Affairs for Performance Films LLC, a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company. She has been involved with NFRC for 10 years and served as the SHGC Sub-Committee, Vice Chair of Technical Committee. She will bring a diversified world view of the fenestration market and add diversity to the board.

 Fenestration Industry Joe Hayden
Pella Windows and Doors

Joe Hayden, with Pella Windows and Doors, has been with the company for 31 years and has been involved with NFRC for 23 years.  He has been involved at all levels of NFRC including several task and work groups, all subcommittees, and committees, the APC, several board committees, as well as previously serving on the Board of Directors.

Not-for-profit institution of research or higher education Charlie Curcija
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory

Charlie Curcija, with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, has been with the company for 9 years and involved with NFRC for 30 years.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board with his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering.  Throughout his time at NFRC he has been involved in many groups including serving as the chair of TIPPS, and all committees.  He has been the chair or an active member of serval task and work groups under the Technical and Research & Technology committees.
