Retailer Assistance Program

According to recent surveys done by NFRC, more than 60 percent of consumers say they consider the energy efficiency of a fenestration product to be an important factor when deciding to buy windows, doors, or skylights. However, only 45percent of retailers can accurately explain the U-factor and only 27 percent understand the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient.

We updated the Retailer Assistance Program to include more tools and resources to help sales professionals understand and explain the NFRC label. These range from downloadable infographics to sample labels for reprintingand webinars, as well as the opportunity for customized resources. Click here for more details.
