Proxy Information:
Voting Proxy Forms are available to assign to an NFRC Voting member if you cannot attend this meeting. Be sure your vote counts. Download the NFRC Proxy form and email the completed form.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration Cancellation by Participant
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may elect to send a substitute in your place.
- All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@nfrc.org no later than March 11, 2019. For cancellations made by March 11, 2019, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be sent to the original check address.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 11, 2019.
- NFRC regrets that refunds will not be given for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Event Cancellation by NFRC
- NFRC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
- If NFRC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund of registration fees.
- NFRC accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event or workshop.
